Coach Flora Navales is a distinguished figure in the world of Taekwondo. She holds a 4th Dan PTA & Kukkiwon Blackbelt and is an International Referee Kyorugi. Her expertise and dedication to the sport have earned her the respect of her peers and students alike.

As a National Instructor & Referee, Coach Flora has made significant contributions to the sport at both the regional and national levels. She serves as the Poomsae Council Chairman for the PTA-RMC 6B and is a valued member of the PTA-RMC Games Committee.

Coach Flora is the founder of the Coach Flora Iloilo Olympic Taekwondo Academy in Iloilo. Her academy has become a beacon of excellence in the region, producing athletes who have gone on to represent the country in international tournaments.

Coach Flora’s accomplishments extend far beyond her roles and titles. She has a proven track record of producing National Team players who are medalists and have represented the country in international tournaments. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes not just physical strength and agility, but also the development of character and leadership skills.

Under her guidance, many of her students have become scholar students through Taekwondo in big universities in the region and at the national level. These students embody the values of discipline, perseverance, and excellence that Coach Flora instills in all her trainees.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the sport, Coach Flora was awarded the Best Female Referee in both the NCAA Season 99 and UAAP Season 862. This prestigious award further demonstrates her authority and expertise in the field of Taekwondo.
